When am I billed?
We use monthly billing, which starts at the end of your first month. You will receive a confirmation email where you can still opt out.
When do you increase fees?
Our fee structures are flat and all inclusive unless stated on the custom plan. Fees are increased annually aligned to the cost of business and inflation.
Where can I access my invoices?
All your financial documentation is available in your account.
